original icsdroneng program written by Henrik Gram, now maintained by Michel Van den Bergh
- can now optionally proxy the ics it is connected to (for example at localhost:5000)
- also included is a patch by Marcel van Kervinck which fixes tournament play at ICC
- looks to be a Linux-only release unless you can build it yourself
