Godel 2.3.7 (WB/UCI)

- added UCI protocol; not tested too much, so Winboard protocol is recommended
- fixed time management bugs, in special the easy move technique and losing the game by time in incremental time control
- many changes in the searc; now Godel prunes a bit more and uses the TT in the qsearch
- many parameters of the evaluation have been optimized
- Godel is a bit faster
