Tornado 4.78 (UCI)

- hash allocation more then 1 GB fixed in x64 version, the 32 bit version can only use 1 GB
- SMP support now up to 16 threads, tested only with 6 cpus on my new hardware
- ShowCurrentLine feature add to display what the engines are current searching
- the LimitStrength in ELO is to difficult to finding real playing strength for beginners, you can choice the Playing Level now only between 1-10
- well, and the playing strength is not much better then the old 4.4 on my test games, but hopefully that others TM are testing a better results
