Reply by Ron, Sunday, May 22, 2011, 02:54:

There may have been something on the old page referring to 0.7 beta, but there must have been a mention of the older version as well. My diff indicated that the old version number was changed to 0.7 beta.

Take a look at Leo's newspage
see: http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/html/newspage.htm
13/05/2011:
"Updated: Cheoss v0.7b (Java!) only v0.649 looks downloadable!!?"

So it seems that Leo also picked up a website change on this date.

Reply by Tony Mokonen, Saturday, May 21, 2011, 14:23:

Maybe my memory is OK. The wayback machine archived the Cheoss home page in January 2008, and the archived copy says 0.7 beta. I'm quite sure the home page always displayed the wrong version number.

Update Information: May 14, 2011

Reply by Ron, Wednesday, May 18, 2011, 01:23:

Hi Tony,

Yes, the Cheoss website page changed. Every day I diff yesterday's website vs today's website and the version number text definitely changed. Although the version number was updated, the download file remained the same. I tried guessing at possible 0.7 beta file names, but none of my guesses were successful.
