'new' engine based on Stockfish code by Tord Romstad, Marco Costalba, Joona Kiiski, et al, and a small amount by Mohamed Nayeem

- I'm not adding this one to the main chess engine list, there's way too many Stockfish forks and nothing that seems to distinguish this one as different
- very annoying download links! :-(
