- Fix to KBP draw code.
- Fix Winboard/xboard driver to send "O-O" not "o-o" for castling.
- Fix time calculation in tournament mode.
- Scoring changes, fixes for Rook mobility & rooks on open files.
- Scoring change in king safety: don't count Bishops more highly than Knights in evaluating king attacks.
