- internal clock: better time control
- internal iterative deepening until level deph=4 allowing a much better level ordering until deph=4
- FEN string compatibility: SUPRA is now able to play games whose position is defined by the user and can thus play variants of traditional chess game such as chess 960
- better interaction with the GUI: SUPRA now sends additional information to the GUI such as use of memory
- error correction in filtering that did not allow SUPRA properly analyze future promotions
